Dientes y ojos/Dental and Vision Screening

EXAMEN DENTAL Y DE LA VISIÓN ANUAL DE River Road/El Camino Del Rio: lunes 21 de octubre de 2024

Todos los estudiantes recibirán un examen oral/dental del Programa de Prevención Dental del Condado de Lane y un examen de la visión de la Fundación de Vista y Audición de los Lions Club.  Si tiene un estudiante que usa anteojos o lentes de contacto, pídale que los traiga a la escuela y los use durante la evaluación.  En la semana o dos siguientes a la evaluación, llegará a casa media hoja de papel blanca en la carpeta de tareas indicando los resultados de la evaluación.

Si su estudiante tiene chequeos dentales y/o de la vista regulares y usted desea optar por no realizarse los exámenes dentales, de la vista o ambos, envíe un correo electrónico a la enfermera, Wendy Sanborn, RN a sanborn_w@4j.lane.edu con el asunto no evaluen.  Incluya el nombre completo de su estudiante en el mensaje junto con los exámenes que desea no participar y las fechas de la atención dental/de la vista más reciente.  

*****Los mensajes de no hacer el examenes  deben recibirse antes del jueves 10 de octubre.


River Road/El Camino Del Rio’s YEARLY DENTAL AND VISION SCREENING: Monday Oct.  21, 2024
 
All students will receive an oral/dental screening from Lane County Dental Prevention Program and a vision SPOT check from the Oregon Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation.  If you have a student who wears glasses or contacts, please have them bring to school and wear during the screening.  In the week or two following the screening, a white ½ sheet of paper will come home in the homework folder indicating the results of the screening.
 
If your student has regular dental and/or vision check-ups and you would like to opt out of the dental, vision, or both screenings, please email the nurse, Wendy Sanborn, RN at sanborn_w@4j.lane.edu with subject OPT OUT.   Please include your student’s full name in the message along with which screenings you are opting out of and the dates of the most recent dental/vision care.
